This Agreement between the Service User who is a registered client ("Client") and UnitingAngel.com ("UnitingAngel.com")
sets forth the terms and conditions governing the delivery of services by UnitingAngel.com and the payment for such services by Client. During the term of this Agreement, Client shall pay UnitingAngel.com the charges as described by UnitingAngel.com service agreement. The base service charged by UnitingAngel.com is 250.00 USD. Payment will be accepted via a phone conversation with a UnitingAngel.com Service Representative by Credit Card or Debit Card.
UnitingAngel.com Terms and Conditions listed below are a part of this Agreement.

This Agreement has been reviewed by and is acknowledged by an authorized representative or the Client and becomes effective on the date when compensation is received by UnitingAngel.com in Orlando, Florida.  

UnitingAngel.com TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Client acknowledges the following:
1. UnitingAngel.com is a service designed to provide personal assistance in locating family members, friends and loved ones.

UnitingAngel.com is not a Private Investigation company.

2. UnitingAngel.com utilizes a series of data bases, public records and other such public resources as needed to assist the Client in uniting with a family member, friend or loved one.

3. UnitingAngel.com does not provide their services for the purpose of, or for issues involving or including Divorce, Child Custody, Missing Children, Business Background Checks or Law Enforcement activities.

4. UnitingAngel.com will, when it is deemed appropriate and with the consent of the Client obtain the services of a Licensed Private Investigator for steps in successfully uniting a Client and a missing family member or friend. This may require an additional fee to be paid by the Client of which the Client would be informed of the additional fee and permission provided by the Client prior to any action taken by UnitingAngel.com.

5. UnitingAngel.com makes no claim or assurance to the Client of a “guaranteed” success in locating their family member, friend or loved one.

6. UnitingAngel.com upon locating the family member, friend or loved one through the legal resources made available to UnitingAngel.com will contact the “object person” and request their permission to provide their location and information to the Client. UnitingAngel.com does respect the privacy of the “object person” and will honor their wishes should they NOT desire to be united with the client. The Client will be informed of that conclusion.

7. UnitingAngel.com will conclude this agreement with the Client once any one (1) of the following determinations has been made;
a.) A Uniting between a Client and the Object person has taken place.
b.) A determination of Death of the Object Person has been verified, upon which the Client will be informed.
c.) Contact with the Object Person has been obtained by UnitingAngel.com however the Object Person has denied a Uniting with the Client. The Client will be informed.
d.) UnitingAngel.com despite their best efforts is completely unable to locate and/or make contact with the Object Person.

8.  Upon Conclusion of this agreement, UnitingAngel.com will provide to the Client a verbal report describing the steps taken and materials gathered in describing UnitingAngel.com best efforts in meeting the Clients ideal objectives. However, in doing so, UnitingAngel.com will not breach their licensing agreements by providing specific data resources or their agreement with an Object Person should they wish to maintain their privacy.

9. Refund Policy of UnitingAngel.com. : UnitingAngel.com is a Service and as such places as much time, often more time working with Clients whom UnitingAngel.com is unable to completely satisfy by way of meeting a United family member or friend. Therefore it is understood that No Refund in any portion shall be provided to a Client regardless of the conclusion.

10. UnitingAngel.com does reserve the right to refuse service to anyone UnitingAngel.com feels may be entering into this agreement or soliciting Services for a purpose other than that specified in this agreement. Should it be determined by UnitingAngel.com that a Client has been less than forthright in providing information or motive to locate another individual, UnitingAngel.com will cease work immediately on behalf of the Client, notify the Client of suspension of activity and will notify law enforcement should outside parties be at risk. No Refund will be provided by UnitingAngel.com to the Client and no report provided to the Client.

11. All information provided by the Client and information gathered on the “object Party” is considered privileged and confidential information. All iles and information remain the property of UnitingAngel.com. UnitingAngel.com will not divulge or sell any information, addresses, contacts, contact information or e-mail addresses to any secondary party. UnitingAngel.com does not sell or provide e-mail information.

12. This Agreement shall be governed by Florida law and may not be assigned by Client in whole or in part without the prior written consent of UnitingAngel.com

13. This Agreement for Services is stated in its entirety and no additions or deletions will take place without prior written consent from UniitngAngel.com.
