Q: Why does UnitingAngel.com insist on speaking with me by phone?
A: This is actually a three point answer:
    1.) We want to determine the probability of finding your missing family member or friend before you pay for a search.
    2.) We want to make sure you understand our service and how we will work for your Uniting.
    3.) To protect all parties, UnitingAngel.com wants to hear your story and make sure you fit our criteria.

Q: How long does it take for UnitingAngel.com to complete a search?
A: Typically UnitingAngel.com will complete a search and establish a “uniting” within 5 days from the time we begin. However, we want to do a complete job, which includes making contact with your missing family member or missing friend.   

Q: Can I call and check on the progress of my search?
A: Yes, UnitingAngel.com assigns you a UnitingAngel.com representative who is always prepared to answer your questions and provide updates.

Q: What are your fees?

UnitingAngel.com basic service is FREE. We will make an attempt to unite you with your missing Friend, Family member or lost love at No Cost. If this attempt fails, our Clients are offered an Advance Search Service and a cost is required. However, over 60% of our “Uniting” is accomplished as a Free Service.  

Q: What is the typical outcome of a UnitingAngel.com search?
A: All searches conclude one of four (4) ways:
     1.) UnitingAngel.com unites the Client with Friends or Family.
     2.) UnitingAngel.com notifies you that the Friend or Family Member is deceased and provides reasonable proof.
     3.) UnitingAngel.com notifies you that we have located your missing Family member or Friend and the “objective person” is not desiring to re-unite.
     4.) UnitingAngel.com notifies you we were not able to find the “object person”.

 

Q: How do I know UnitingAngel.com really worked on my search?
A: No matter the outcome, UnitingAngel.com will provide a verbal report and a follow up e-mail with the steps we undertook to complete your search. However, should we find the “object person” and they decline a “uniting”, UnitingAngel.com will not provide any specific information that will lead you to that person. We will let you know that we located them, but that is all.

Q: Is UnitingAngel.com a Licensed Private Investigator?
A: UnitingAngel.com is not a Licensed Private Investigator but will, when necessary work with a P.I. when it is required and only in the specific area where UnitingAngel.com has already narrowed the search.
